What is the time period between verifications once the ISSC has been issued?
As with ISM Code certification, the ISSC is valid for five years, i.e. after five years a renewal verification has to be conducted. Between the second and third anniversary date of the certificate an intermediate verification is required [see Section A/19.1.1.1]. Furthermore, additional verifications might be conducted as deemed necessary by the administration.
