What is the TIME OUT division all about?

This idea is HOT! The TIME OUT division was primarily created for school and rec/youth league teams who do not compete regularly, but still may have some material that is used for performances during a game time out situation. The TIME OUT division gives these teams a way to still compete with that type of material rather than having to perform a full routine. The time limit for this division is 1:00 and TIME OUT divisions are offered for both cheer and dance performances. Teams may enter both a TIME OUT division and a standard, full routine division.
