You will receive a call from a VHT Photographer by the end of the next business morning after placing an order. The VHT Photographer will offer 2 dates with specific times. At least one date/time offered will be within 1-3 business days following the date your order was placed. For example, if you place the order on Monday during business hours, at least one appointment time will be offered and available on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. In the unlikely event that this timeframe is not met, please call us at 800-790-8687.
