Personnel having confirmed quotas must notify Naval Safety and Environmental Training Center of a cancellation as soon as possible and in no case less than four (4) working days prior to class convening date. You may provide notice by e-mail, message or the Quota Cancellation Form from the website. Central Quota Control e-mail address is tschrquotas@navy.mil.
