What is the time frame for processing Course Completion Sticker orders?
There is no guaranteed time frame to process Course Completion Stickers, only an estimate. The current estimate is two weeks (14 days) from the date you mail the sticker order to the EMS Authority. The two weeks is only an estimate, and your order could take more or less time depending on the volume of sticker orders, staff workloads, and other factors. If you use overnight mail or express mail, you may not receive your sticker order on the next day but possibly two or more days. The EMS Authority does not pay to overnight or express mail sticker orders. The EMS Authority recommends that training programs plan ahead for their course completion sticker needs because of the turn-around time for sticker orders.
