What is the Three-Tiered Feedback System?
The Three-Tiered Feedback System is the gathering of feedback from constituents through three distinct mechanisms in order to provide a 360-degree look at the delivery and receipt of Customer Management Services from the constituent’s perspective. Individual, Constituent Group, and Corporate feedback comprise the three tiers: Individual- The Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) system is the major component of individual feedback. It provides directed feedback of services received by individuals and promotes direct and rapid interaction between service providers and constituents. It is an integral piece in evaluating feedback and provides service providers with a tool that allows them to directly and quickly impact the service delivery to constituents. Constituent Groups- Customer Management Services encompasses the entire Army Team—Soldiers (Active, Guard, Reserve), Retirees, Veterans, Civilians, and their family members. Each part of the team is unique in its relationship to The Arm
