What is the thickness of the zabuton and if they compress with use?

The thickness of the standard zabuton is around 3 inches. The large and jumbo size zabuton is around 4 inches. Unlike the cotton zabuton, our kapok zabuton will loose some of its loft and compress a little with use. Kapok is very resilience and comfortable material.
