The new title for our experienced managers working in Asia Pacific is awarded after ~2.5 years as a manager and is used for external purposes in Asia. The title is contingent only on sufficient experience as a manager and satisfactory performance. This change is reflective of the business culture in Asia and will not be rolled out to in EMEA or the Americas.
