Johnny Depp’s normally a pretty good looking chap, but he’s a bit scary in this shot from his latest flick, based on Alice in Wonderland. Johnny’s playing the Mad Hatter. The movie is set several years after the book, and features lots of characters from it. Here, the White Rabbit comes searching for Alice to get her help. Not much is known about the story, but it’ll certainly look fantastic, as it’s directed by Tim Burton. He was behind Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Johnny Depp stars as bank robber John Dillinger in “Public Enemies,” a new film from “Heat” director Michael Mann. Dillinger became a hero to the public during the Great Depression by stealing from the banks they felt cheated them. Talk about a timely flick.
