The usual term for an ActionCOACH Franchise Agreement is five years. After this time, you will be eligible to renew for additional five year terms provided that you have conducted your franchise in compliance with the terms of the initial ActionCOACH agreement and that you comply with certain conditions, sign our updated form of Franchise Agreement, and pay a Renewal Fee.
