What is the term of office for newly elected directors?
The newly elected board members will serve for 2 year terms, with the exception of the position left unfilled from 2008. If 5 or more candidates are elected, the new board members will decide among themselves who will fill the remaining 1 year term. If fewer than 5 candidates are elected, the 1 year term will remain open for appointment by the board. Q: Can I run for President/Vice-President/Treasurer/Secretary/… A: Not directly.
