What is the Tenants Services Committee?

0

The Tenants’ Services Committee is the Associations main ‘sounding board’ for tenant involvement in how Orwell’s properties and estates are managed. There are up to 13 tenant representatives from across the region in which Orwell have General Needs and Sheltered housing, all of whom represent tenants living in their neighbourhood. Committee members are elected to stand for a three year period and meet quarterly. If you have a problem in your neighbourhood that you would like addressed by the Committee, or a concern that you would prefer not to discuss with an Officer of the Association, then your Committee representative may be able to raise it at the next meeting, or in some cases advocate on your behalf.
