What is the Ten-Year Capital Strategy?
The Ten-Year Capital Strategy, which is funded by the issuance of bonds, is issued every two years with the Executive Budget. It is a long term planning tool designed to allocate resources to improve the City’s infrastructure, including streets and highways, bridges, sewers and schools. The current Ten-Year Capital Strategy is approximately $54.4 billion.
