What is the Temple’s position on conversion to Judaism?

0

We are in favor of it. Honestly, we are an institution devoted to helping our members create warm, Jewish homes and we would be hypocritical if we did not admit that we were in favor of Judaism. Having said that, we realize that many of our families have members who are not Jewish and we welcome them as well. Those non-Jewish members are some of our most active, devoted, and knowledgeable volunteers. We encourage anyone who is interested in learning more about Judaism. If it so happens that this study leads to an interest in conversion, have a conversation with the Rabbi. If conversion is right for you, then we’ll find out together. If not, that is fine as well. Non-Jews are as welcome members of our congregation as Jews.
