It will depend on where you measure, if you measure the center of the sample, the the sample size and thermal conductivity of the dirt will affect the temperature. After say, 10 hours, the dirt will be virtually the same temperature as your freezer, but after 10 minutes it will probably still be closer to it’s temperature before being put into the freezer, experimentation is probably the only way to know exactly.
