While we recommend that solvent cement be applied between 40 and 100 degrees Fahrenheit, weather conditions may not make this feasible. A strong solvent welded joint can be made at temperatures below freezing as long as the solvent cement is fluid, cure times are extended and other handling precautions are followed.
