What is the telnet interface used for?
A. The telnet interface is an unsupported, untested and undocumented interface, for use by engineering and support only. The most common use of this interface is for support to obtain a trace of the LAN Modem’s operation for debugging purposes. There is no official documentation nor support available for this interface. However, a LAN Modem user has created an unofficial guide to the LAN Modem’s telnet interface.
