What is the telescope loaner program?
Many members of the club have their own telescopes, but if you don’t have one or are thinking about buying one and want to “try some on for size,” SMAS has a loaner scope program for its members. We have a wide range of scopes to accommodate everyone from beginners to experts! There are several telescopes available, of varying apertures, that can be checked out for two weeks (or more) at a time, depending on availability.
