What is the Tecsem Process?

0

The Tecsem process is a complete, reliable and efficient treatment system for Municipal Solid Waste (MSW). It has been engineered and developed in South East Asia in regard to the garbage specifics of the region (moisture, plastics, etc…) The Tecsem Process separates waste in two groups: -The organic -The non-organic The organic group goes through the composting process. Tecsem composting is a natural biological process, carried out under controlled conditions, which converts organic material into a stable humus-like product called compost. During the composting process, various micro organisms, including bacteria and fungi, break down organic material into simplified substances. Tecsem Composting is an aerobic process, meaning that the micro organisms require oxygen to do their work. The non-organic group goes to a sorting process. Tecsem sorting is a manual and magnetic process sorting out the different products that will be packed in order to be optimized by the recycling channels
