Swedish massage is done using a technique called “draping”. Initially the client is completely covered by a sheet. One part of the body is uncovered, massaged, and then covered up before moving on to another part of the body. Therapists use massage oil as lubrication to make, smooth and long comfortable strokes over the body. Swedish massage uses five different styles of strokes to achieve optimum benefits.
