What is the teaching methodology followed?
Various management concepts will be taught through case studies method supplemented by didactic lectures, reading assignments and exercises. As a teaching approach, the case method represents a simulation of an actual management situation at the point where the decision must be made in response to a particular problem or situation. The skills developed through analysis and discussions of the cases are expected to be relevant to the participants’ own environment. As part of the application process, the participants will be required to describe at least one of the problems that they are facing. Some of these may also be used as cases for study as part of the learning process.
