What is the teaching like at the Academy?
Our tutors share many years of experience of teaching in a variety of countries.They are well qualified to help you improve your level of English and adjust to the demands of academic study in a British university. Teaching methods aim to develop your ability to use English for practical study and include techniques ranging from formal structured lessons to group and individual task-based work. Our teaching materials are selected from the best of current publications or specifically designed to suit your needs. The maximum class size is 20. A typical class size is 10-15 students. The English tutors are usually on hand for individual consultations if needed.
