A partnership between the N.C. Health and Wellness Trust Fund and UNC-Chapel Hill. The task force was chaired by Lt. Gov. Beverly Perdue. State Sen. Bill Purcell, state Rep. Verla Inkso and Trust Fund Commissioner Carole Bruce served as co-chairs.
