The Department is planning for enrollment to begin during January 2002 with the first month of coverage to be February 2002. The Department will be initiating statewide advertisement of the program at an appropriate time in advance of implementation. Subsequent to execution of contracts, all contractors will be advised of the media strategy and other related matters.
