SkyWrap is installed on the 500kV double circuit line across the southern end of the Suez Canal in Egypt. The towers on either side of the canal are 221m (725ft) high to provide the necessary clearance for ships passing underneath. You can view the installation area in Google Earth by entering the coordinates 29°59’49″N, 32°35’00″E. Google Earth download and installation is required and not supported by AFL.
