What is the Synergy System?
There are two parts to the Synergy System that make it so unique The first component is the extremely slow movement involved. The traditional method advocated in most health clubs is the 2/4 protocol. What this means is that it should take you two seconds to push the weight out (positive phase) and four seconds to bring the weight back (negative phase). For the Synergy System we promote the use of a 10/10 protocol. This means that it should take a person ten seconds for the positive phase of the movement and another ten seconds for the negative phase. It is a very slow and controlled movement which provides the safest, most effective workout possible. This eliminates momentum, which causes injuries, and fatigues the muscles completely for optimal muscular growth and development. The second component of our unique system is the amount of time required to complete a full body workout.
