What is the synchronization process for Mobile Time and Travel application?
A three-level synchronization concept covers: • Installation of the application(s) • Download of Customizing and Master Data • Exchange of Transaction Data The Mobile Infrastructure offers support for the initial installation and for the deployment of patches, updates and customer-specific enhancement code. Mobile Time and Travel is a Generic Sync Mobile Infrastructure application therefore the applications handle the synchronization of Transactional Data and not by the Mobile Infrastructure Home Page. Customizing Data and Master Data is synchronized when the user synchronizes from within the applications and a time stamp in SAP R/3 can be set to trigger a download with the next synchronization. Transaction Data is downloaded from SAP R/3 in the course of each synchronization. Transaction Data can be created, changed, or deleted either online or offline.
