What is the Swipe Card Reader warranty?
• MedData will warranty all hardware for a period of one year from the date of purchase (in concert with the manufacturer’s warranty) so long as the provider is an active client and the monthly services fees are paid up to date as of the date of the issue. For repairs and exchanges required after the warranty period, MedData will give the provider the options of • a) an estimate of the cost of repair or • b) will enable the provider to replace the device at the same cost as the initial purchase.
