This is the final tournament of the year. This is actually divided into 3 sections. The Swing Finale, The SCC Players Championship & The Season Finale . The Swing Finale, is a tournament for the Swing winners. The winner of that tournament will be crowned The Southern Counties Cup Champion. The SCC Players Championship is a tournament for The Major winners & MCP. The Season Finale is held at the same course at the same time and is open to everyone.
