The Survey Services Portal is an online access point containing a number of Department of Lands tools appurtenant to surveyors. These tools include: •· Integrated Titling System Search Tools •· SCIMS Sketches •· ePlan •· Pre-allocated Plan Numbers •· Links to the LPI-Online Website, Registrar General Directions, Surveyor General Directions, Geographical Names Register, Plan Forms and Checklists, and Surveyor Liaison Meeting Minutes. •· Lodgment of Survey Reports and gaining Plan Advice •· Imperial to Metric Conversion Tool •· Six Viewers including new Survey Marks Channel •· Access to Cadastral Record Enquiries, and Reference Maps To arrange access to the Survey Services Portal download the Survey Services Portal Application Form from the Dept of Lands website at www.lands.nsw.gov.au/survey_maps/survey_portal_info. Survey Services Portal is currently available to registered surveyors and approved survey searchers but this may be extended to further groups in the near future.
