What is the support for operators and ACD on the MX250?
The MX250 supports up to 64 operator groups and up to 64 ACD groups. Each group (operator or ACD) can have up to 64 users. The individuals who are part of a group can be assigned a different priority level so that calls can be routed based on skill set or whether the individual’s primary function is to be a member of that group.
