Please see the organisation structure. Team members report to a team leader who normally has responsibility for 5 team members. The team leader reports to a group leader who normally has responsibility for around 10 team members and 2 team leaders. Group leaders report to a section manager who has responsibility for all the maintenance members in the shop.
