What is the Summit Restaurant, where is it, and when is it open?
The Summit Restaurant at the Midwest Culinary Institute at Cincinnati State serves dinner to the public each Thursday through Saturday. Gourmet dishes are prepared fresh and served by well-trained students under the direction of Executive Chef Matthew Winterrowd. It is located on the second floor of the ATLC building.
