What is the suitable number of the population for the world ?

Suitable population for the world? I don’t know. Seems like a lot of folks assume it is fewer than currently alive, perhaps those folks should be committing suicide if they really feel that way, but alas, they are still alive, so presumably they feel that “someone else” does not deserve to live, but they do. Funny, seems most everyone alive feels they deserve to live. Ecosystems have a way of deciding an appropriate population by limiting food supply, water, weather, etc. We will know when the human population exceeds the world’s capacity to sustain it when there is widespread food shortages, water shortages, etc. I suspect we have a good long ways to go yet (last I heard there was an oversupply of food in the world).
