What is the suitability of the system in surveying onshore and offshore oil or gas installations?
Our measuring equipment uses low-emission non-harmful lasers to perform the ranging required. The field measurement equipment is battery operated and thus requires a hot work permit on most plants. Where hot-work rules are in use and permits required, we are accustomed to working with on-site health and safety supervisors and have our own supervisors to acquire any work permits necessary. We have a long history working with such equipment on petro-chemical sites with no time lost.
