What is the Suggested Use for Oceans 3™ Better Brain?
Suggested use: Adults take 3 softgels daily. Advanced Usage: Adults may increase gradually to 2 softgels three times daily (6 softgels per day). Children Usage: Not intended for children under 4 years of age. Children 4 and up may take 1 softgel daily. Small objects like pills can become inadvertently lodged in the throat. Softgels may be pierced and contents can be mixed with water, juice or food. Best taken with meals and at least 8 ounces of water. To preserve freshness immediately refrigerate after opening.
