What is the suggested dosage of Fat Absorb?
Each bottle of Fat Absorb contains 120 capsules which is sufficient for one month. All you need to do is to take 2 capsules 20 minutes before lunch and 2 capsules 20 minutes before dinner with a glass of water. If you are taking heavy breakfast, please take 2 capsules 20 minutes before breakfast as well. Basically, you are required to take 2 capsules 20 minutes before every major meal.
