If a vasectomy reversal was performed over 15 years after the vasectomy, 71% of men will have resulting sperm and 30% of the couples will become pregnant. Keep in mind that the sperm produced from the resulting vasectomy reversal can also be used with additional assisted reproductive techniques to significantly increase the chances of a pregnancy.
