The success rate for IUI is not as high as it is for IVF. For IUI it is about a 20% success rate and with IVF, depending on the clinic and how you respond to treatment and you age, the success rate can be as high as 50%. If I were in your shoes and do not have success with this IUI cycle, I would jump in feet first to IVF. Know though that many do have success with IUI’s! My coworker got pregnant her first IUI cycle and has a beautiful 2 year old as a result. Sending baby dust your way!
