What is the Submit hyperlink for on the Auction Portfolio List screen?

It is to assign a selected Auction Portfolio List into a specified Auction. Assign a list to an auction by clicking on the portfolio name on the screen, then select the appropriate auction from the ‘Select Auction’ pull down. If it turns yellow and errors out after clicking save, scroll all the way to the right and assign dates.
