• Four workshops are available: • Transformation Team Accelerator • Cultural Transformation Accelerator • Transformation Leadership Positioning • C-Suite Relationship Accelerator • With the exception of the C-Suite Relationship Accelerator workshop, all of the workshops are provided via on-site delivery over 2 days, broken into 16 individual modules each. • The C-Suite Relationship Accelerator workshop is delivered on-site over 3 days covering 30 modules, (12 – day 1, 6 – day 2, 12 – day 3).
