What is the structure of the summer associate program?
Summer associates rotate through two of four departments (corporate, bankruptcy litigation and securities/real estate). We make every effort to accommodate summer associates’ departmental requests and, if we are unable to give them both of their choices, we try to get them at least one or two assignments from the department they are unable to work in. Within each department, there is a partner mentor and a big brother or sister to offer guidance and assistance to the summer associates.
