WHAT IS THE STRUCTURE OF THE NFCA?
The NFCA was established by representatives of all major Croatian-American organizations. The NFCA is governed by an annual Assembly of Delegates which consists of representatives from each member organization. The Assembly of Delegates elects a Board of Directors composed of twenty-one individuals, with seven from each of the Eastern, Central and Western regions of the United States. The Board elects an Executive Committee which is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the NFCA. HOW IS THE NFCA FUNDED? The annual dues for a member organization is $500 per delegate up to a maximum of ten delegates. The NFCA also welcomes donations from individuals, companies and other non-member organizations. All money raised is used for priority projects and for the needs of the national office. The NFCA receives no funding from any government and all NFCA Board members and officers serve without remuneration of any kind. DOES THE NFCA SPEAK FOR THE CROATIAN GOVERNMENT?
