Outline of course structure The courses within the Advanced Diploma are nested and sequential, the Certificate I follows pathways through into the Advanced Hospitality level. The Curriculum is based on the Nationally Accredited Hospitality Framework for Training as documented in the ACTRAC National Training Modules for the Hospitality Industry – The Black Book. All of the units are compulsory. The Advanced Diploma of Hospitality (Club Management) is made up of : ALL of Certificate I, Certificate II and Certificate III in Hospitality (Club Operations), Certificate IV in Hospitality (Club Supervision), and the Diploma of Hospitality (Club Management) PLUS 10 management core and specialist management modules/units. Requirements to receive credential The participant must successfully achieve all of the learning outcomes in the units in order to receive the relevant credential.
