Science Communication (SCOM2014) involves one 3-hour class per week. Rather than lectures, the lessons consist of small group activities and discussion. There are also guest speakers and excursions to observe science communicators at work. Unusual and thought-provoking homework assignments (eg., finding an old sock) are discussed in class each week.
