• A The IC process flow in STRIPES will allow specific awards, as identified by each office, to be updated in STARS using current procedures. The corresponding requisition and award modification in STRIPES will be processed using a pre-defined AFF of all zeroes to track cumulative obligations, but these transactions will not be interfaced to STARS.
