What is the strength of the whitening gel used in CleverWhite?
The gel used in the CleverWhite Teeth Whitening Kit contains 6% Hydrogen Peroxide which is considered optimal for quick results and to minimise dehydration of the teeth. The concentrations mentioned by your dentist refer to the level of Carbamide Peroxide in the gel which needs to be at a higher level than Hydrogen Peroxide as it is less effective (i.e. 6% Hydrogen Peroxide equates to a whitening strength of 18% Carbamide Peroxide) and needs to remain in contact with teeth for a longer period (sometimes overnight).
