The Strategic Planning Process is a dynamic, consultative and deliberative process of organizational and structural renewal, aimed at meeting the overall spiritual needs of parishioners now and in the future. This process will help put parishes on solid footing – pastorally and financially – and promote the long-term vitality of the Church in Brooklyn and Queens. Furthermore, the Strategic Planning Process will free more Diocesan resources to continue the mission of the New Evangelization.
