What is the Strata Association?
Each owner is a member of the Strata Association or Timberline Lodges Owners Corporation. The Strata association is responsible for everything that the Strata fee covers (i.e. the upkeep and maintenance of every home’s exterior and the common areas). It will be the responsibility of The Owners Corporation Manager to ensure all of the Strata Association duties are performed and, in return, each owner will pay a monthly association fee.
