What is the story of Phantasy Star Online?
Essentially your home world is dying and scientists have formed “The Pioneer Project”. A plan born in desperation, probes were sent out across the galaxy searching for habitable planet. When the first potential planet was found, the first interstellar spaceship, Pioneer 1, was sent to establish a colony. Once they arrived, Pioneer 1 confirmed that the planet, Ragol, was suitable and started the construction of the Central Dome. Seven years later, Pioneer 2 arrives with the majority of the refugees, and opens a communication link with the Central Dome on Ragol. But before Pioneer 2 can land, an enormous explosion occurs and all communication is lost. The main commander of Pioneer 2, The Principal, hires you, a hunter, to find out what has happened on planet Ragol.
